The Quad Manhattan announces the application for psychosocial interns in the summer of 2024 is now open. Ideal for rising seniors in their undergraduate studies, or recent graduates, The Quad Manhattan's 8 week Psychosocial Internship gives hands-on learning experience for those entering the fields of psychology, mental health, social work, education, special education, gifted education, speech and language pathology, school psychology, occupational therapy and other related areas.
Highlights
Weekly ongoing supervision with Supervising Psychologist, Dr. Ben Klein
Two weeks of training in best practices in psychology and education of twice exceptional individuals (prior to program start date)
230+ hours of classroom-based learning practice
Fun and whimsical environment of professionals in a camp setting
Experience facilitating conversations with parents directly (with support)
Experience compiling, analyzing and reporting data findings
