Twice-Exceptional children who attend school in the community have a chance to learn and practice social-emotional and executive functioning skills in an inclusive environment of at least six children and two 2e experts at The Quad Manhattan After School Program. With weekly communication and twice per semester individual progress updates, parents can carry over the skills and language from group lessons at home! See below for course details.

Quad Squad Jr. (5-6 years old)
An intro to social-emotional skill building combined with high-interest, mixed media activities in lessons for grades K-1 in a small group of 6-8 children, 1 lead 2E expert, 1 psychosocial assistant, and 1 intern for an intimate 3:1 child-to-teacher ratio. Covers concepts like: whole-body listening, body in the group, emotional regulation, attention focus, coping with transitions, initiating play and conversations, etc.
Quad Squad
Section I: (7-8 years old)
Section II: (9-10 years old)
Intro-advanced levels of social-emotional skill building combined with high-interest, mixed media activities in lessons for grades 2 and up in a small group of 6-10 children for a 3:1 child-to-teacher ratio. Covers concepts like: cognitive flexibility, social cognition, perspective taking, attention focus, peer interactions, maintaining conversations & more.
Private Music, Tutoring, and Executive Function Coaching (all ages) 3-6 PM, hourly
1:1 lessons for gifted learners are available after school with experts in each field. Read more
